1. Eligibility

- Non-professional submissions, including those from private individuals, will be rejected.
2. Listing Requirements
a. Accurate and Complete Information

c. No Duplicate Listings
- Duplicate or nearly identical listings from the same user or agency will be rejected.
d. No Misleading or Inappropriate Content
- Listings must not contain false information, exaggerated claims, or inappropriate language.
- Access2Spaces reserves the right to reject content deemed offensive, spam-like, or irrelevant.
3. Non-Professional Submissions
- Access2Spaces prioritizes professional-quality listings to uphold the platform’s integrity.
- Listings submitted by non-professionals, such as private homeowners or individuals without proper credentials, will not be published.
Reason for Policy
This ensures all users interact with verified and credible professionals, reducing the risk of fraud and misinformation.
4. Review and Approval Process
- All listings undergo a review process to ensure they meet the platform’s standards.
- Approval or rejection notifications will be sent within 3–5 business days.
- Rejected listings will include a brief explanation and guidance on resubmission (if applicable).
5. User Responsibility

6. Prohibited Listings

7. Modifications and Removals

8. Compliance with Platform Policies
- Submitting a listing indicates agreement to these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Violation of these terms may result in listing rejection, account suspension, or permanent banning.
9. Changes to Submission Terms
